Sheer Logic Management Consultants Ltd is looking for people for the following areas:-1. Chief Finance Officer ( Executive Level)
The Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for the financial health of the company and for all corporate services, including Finance, General Administration, Procurement, Human Resources, and IT support. The CFO will also manage investor relations and equity structuring, project financing, employee stock option program, and corporate treasury.The CFO is expected to have at least a Masters in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field, and 10 to 15 years relevant experience, at both national and international level.
2. Chief Strategy Officer ( Executive Level)
The Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for business development, marketing, and sales of the company, strategic planning, as well as business intelligence and partnerships. The CSO will be extensively engaged in client and partner relations, and in project design and setup at the country level.
The CSO is required to thoroughly understand the commodity exchange domain, to effectively conduct outreach with global and local commodity exchange players, industry, and regulators, and to project the image of the company at country level and internationally. The CSO is expected to have a Masters of Business Administration or related field, and 10 to 15 years relevant experience, at both national and international level.
