Vacancy: Motor Vehicle Sales Consultant
Our client in the Motor Vehicle Sales and Servicing industry is looking for Sales Consultants.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting set sales targets, bringing in new clients and offering excellent client service.
Duties:
- Prepare a sales plan
- Researching on, understanding and appreciating automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
- Develop a sales pipeline for new clients
- Maintaining rapport with previous customers while generating new prospects
- Prepare periodic sales report
- May be required to lead a team
- Opening up new markets
- Preparing tenders and proposals
- Preparing for and making pitches to clients
- May be involved in marketing activities
Requirements
- Must demonstrate a strong background in vehicle sales
- Must have a proven sales track record
- Should demonstrate a good understanding of automobiles – characteristics, capabilities and features
- Must possess strong networking skills
- Able to explain in clarity the company’s product features and benefits
- Strong leadership skills
- The candidate should possess good documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively in a team
- Must be self-driven and able to work without supervision
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Embraces strong core values of honesty and integrity
