Vacancies have arisen in the newly formed Valuation Department for the position of Senior Valuer, Valuer reporting to the Head of Valuation.
Senior Valuer and Valuer Job Requirements
Graduate in Land Economics / Real Estate. Masters will be an added advantage.
Registered with the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
Registered and Licenced Valuer.
Wide experience on valuation work in the residential & commercial sectors including banks & corporates.
Display of strong leadership & commitment.
Good written & spoken English is compulsory.
Knowledge – Feasibility Studies, Market Research, Real Estate Advisory and Property Management.
Sales experience in property sales is essential.
Remuneration pegged to target performance and business volumes.
Driving Licence mandatory.
