Content Development Manager
The content manager is responsible for developing and managing agricultural contents for various crops; nutrition content; market pricing and reporting through the use of our platform.
Job Description
- Manage our client’s Ghana’s content team
- Responsible for managing all our client’s Ghana markets and market agents throughout Ghana
- Ensures that our client’s price methodology is updated regularly and adhere to by all
- Draw up a motivation plan for agents
- Scope, design and assist with the overall editorial objective for the Our client’s Ghana content database
- Suggest improvements/ enhancement to content tools and software
- Ensure new crops added for which there are materials on the Our client’s knowledge app
- Edit and approve agric and nutrition content on the Our client’s content database
- Ensure agric and nutrition tips are compiled, reviewed, edited and sent to recipients weekly
- Ensure that voice transcripts are compiled, edited and messages are recorded and delivered to recipients weekly.
- Conduct trainings and also help manage monitoring & evaluation program
- Visit all our client’s markets for a least twice in year.
- Plan and conduct trainings for the agents as well as the Enumeration Conference
- Prepare and edit Our client’s’s market watch/intelligent/index
Candidate Requirement
- Bachelors in Agriculture or a relevant field.
- Prior relevant experience
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good reporting skills
