Finance Manager
Reporting to the MD, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the Finance Department by applying best practices and accounting principles thereby providing efficient and effective financial services.
He/she will also input to the organization reports to aid in business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting, Financial Systems and Financial Controls
Cash and Risk Management
Management Reporting
Budgeting & Financial Modelling
Leadership of the Finance Team
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
The successful candidate must be a fully qualified accountant with CPA (K) / ACCA and with a bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline, a post graduate degree will be an added advantage.
He/she should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in an ICT industry.
The candidate must have strong analytical skills, technical and logical approach to problem solving, planning and coordination, decision making and customer service delivery.
He /she should have working knowledge of ERP systems preferably with SAP.
