An exciting position of Business Support Consultant has

opened in Nairobi.
 

Job purpose: To

assist the protective business development team to have a pivotal role in

building the company’s specific position within its Africa’s customer base

Core roles and responsibilities

• Pre-sales support


• Market and Client Research


• Proposal formulation based on agreed solution
  
  design and pricing


• Prepare all the required documentation and
  
  marketing collateral for trips


• Carry out post-market call activities (i.e.
  
  trial licenses, follow up meetings and presentations)


• Manage the diary requirements for the GM: East
  
  Africa


• Make travel arrangements for all East Africa
  
  staff


• Liaise with contractors and suppliers


• Assist in organizing smaller client events


• MRS and Pipeline reporting


• CRM updates


• Debtors administration


• Contract administration



• The Company’s ISO compliance

Essential experience, skills and

academic qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in related field


• 2 to 3 years experience in similar or related
  
  field


• Exceptional communication skills


• Ability to grow relationships


• Professional presentation (in writing,
  
  telephonically and in person)


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong administrative skills


• Report writing skills


• Learning solution expertise


• High-energy and willing to travel occasionally


• Ability to work under pressure


• Own transport and driver’s license
