Corporate Staffing Services is a medium sized HR consultancy firm offering recruitment and organizational review services.
We are interested in the services of a HR consultant for a short term assignment in January and February 2016.
The consultant will be employed on a full time basis for the period and will assist the Managing Partner in undertaking an organizational review assignment with one of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake a review of the organization structure in order to align the HR function with the best practice in the industry.
- Recommend an appropriate organization structure, revise reporting relations and revise job descriptions and employment contracts.
- Recruit new staff for any gaps that will be identified in the assignment.
- Develop Key performance indicators and a performance management appraisal tool.
- Review the HR policies and procedures in place and develop a HR policy manual that is in line with the current labor laws and best practices.
- Assist in implementation of recommendations.
Skills:
Demonstrable experience in
- Organizational structure review.
- Performance management i.e. coming up with KPI’s.
- Labor laws.
- Drafting HR policies.
- Report writing skills.
- Skills audit.
- Experience in a consultancy setup is a plus but not mandatory.
