Our client, a Bottling and Manufacturing Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit 6 Senior Electrical / Mechanical Service Technicians.
6 positions
The preferred candidate MUST have prior work experience in providing professional technical specialist support and service to optimize and improve the equipments availability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day to day total productive maintenance to ensure that the machinery is maintained in an effective and accurate manner.
- Complete equipment/parts audits.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage, implement and improve continuous projects.
- Conduct audits.
- Manage personal development and performance.
- Interact with clients, technicians and office to ensure flow of projects and requirements.
- Fault find in a logical and professional manner.
- Attend to breakdowns telephonically and physically.
Qualifications;
- Must have 5 years plus work experience in engineering.
- Must have a degree in engineering or related field.
- Must have solid and proven technical background.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have programmable logical control skills.
- Strong analytical ability, detailed and a strategic thinker.
- Computer literate.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Must be willing to travel.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 250,000 – 400,000/= (Approx. 2,500 – 4,000 USD) depending on experience
