for Household and Electronics products in the region, is seeking recruit Sales

Attendants to join their dedicated team in Nairobi.

 Showroom Sales Attendant

 Showroom

Reporting to:

 Showroom Supervisors

Job location: Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Product Knowledge


• Presence on the floor


• Customer Approach and Service to a customer


• Taking a customer through all products and
  
  providing maximum product information


• Closing the sale at minimum discount and
  
  perusing through the sales/delivery


• Feedback completion

2. Department In charge &

Purchasing

• To be advised


• Ensuring that the department is fully stocked


• Ensuring cleanliness is maintained and all
  
  products are priced & have all feature cards


• Ensuring stock is balanced Bi-monthly


• Replenishment of stock from Go down

3. Credit Control Management

• Following up on payments for customers based
  
  on report received from Credit Control


• 95% resolution required

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in Sales.


• Diploma in a business related field.


• Business acumen.


• Ability to work in a team.


• Great communication skills.
