Engen Kenya has an exciting business opportunity for a high profile lubes distributor, who is passionate about growing our lubes business and delighting our Kenyan customers with our quality brand of lubricants.




Successive applicants should preferably possess the following attributes:


  • Be a reputable operating & registered company

  • Personal commitment to the winning ENGEN Values of Teamwork, Ownership, Performance, Integrity and Empowerment with Safety as an overriding priority.

  • Have working capital of Kshs. 5 million.

  • Demonstrate distribution capability – Appropriately located Warehouse/Go-down space comprising a minimum 2500 to 3000m3 to hold stock and logistics capabilities

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in successfully operating a business with traceable management or sales/marketing experience. Experience in oil industry is an added advantage.

  • Dedicated to superior customer service and strong business relationships.

  • Proposed Business Plan for running the lubes distributorship

  • The bank statement showing the last 6 months’ transactions
