Tender Officer
 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to Conditions of tender, requirements & specifications


• Arranging the collection of tender documentation


• Obtain all the relevant information before completing the tender document


• Tender outlines and document preparation


• To scrutinise, analyse the tender documentation to make sure we can match the


• technical, skill and experience requirements to maximise our winning opportunities


• Attend to Site/ Clarification meeting & to debrief the tendering department & circulate the minutes for discussion


• Coordinating planning and input for tenders


• Assist in compiling the SHE & Quality as per listed criteria


• Ensuring that tenders are fully completed and submitted within the stipulated time frame and delivered at the right address


• Identification of missing documentation and the ability to drive the necessary action to obtain


• Follow up with the non-awarded or lost tenders as to improve our quality standards


• Maintaining hard copy and soft copy records and logging details of all submitted tenders


• Database/ Vendor Registration on Prospective target market

Qualifications

• 2 -3 years experience as a Tender officer in a busy working environment


• Degree in business related field


• Detail oriented


• Excellent communication and report writing skills
