Top Image Africa Limited, a leading Below the Line Advertising Agency based in Nairobi, Kenya is looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise an aggressive sales team within Nairobi Region in the Republic of Kenya.

Requirements

 
Eligible candidates shall possess the following: –

• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience – Sales Experience is Mandatory;


• Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent;


• Successful management experience of a sales team, ideally within the Mobile Technology industry;


• Ability to lead and manage teams who are goal oriented in a team environment;


• IT literate (CRM and Web);


• Confident and influential communicator at subordinate, peer and management level;


• Good Supervisory, managerial, operational and organizational skills;


• Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional approach;


• Sense of responsibility and integrity;


• Ability to manage difficult situations and the stress associated with them.

Job Purpose
 

The main purpose of the job is to:

• Lead, supervise and monitor sales activities in the region;


• Deliver the team trade target;


• Deliver the required volume of effective coaching;


• Manage relationships with key clients;


• Consolidate & send daily/weekly/monthly reports from the sales team;


• Provide market intelligence reports;


• Assist in sourcing and training of new sales representatives;


• Coordinate sales activities in the field;


• Monitor the performance of Sales Representatives by ensuring that individual trade targets are delivered; appraise them and advice on key aspects for development;


• Maximize productivity and liaise with the client on various issues affecting the trade;


• Report and distribute management information highlighting areas for improvement and those of concern and opportunity;


• Implement operational processes and recommend / suggest areas for improvement;


• Work towards and implement best practices at all times;


• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
