Marketing Manager Real Estate
 

Degree in Marketing, PR or any other business studies.
 

KCSE C+ and above.
 

Not less than 5 years marketing experience
 

Previous experience in a real estate business will be an added advantage but not a must.
 

Must be good in formulating and implementing marketing strategies besides supporting the sales team.
 

Must be aggressive in marketing campaigns.
 

 

Must be vocal, eloquent and a go getter.
 

Must be good in business presentations and maneuvers.
 

Must have ability to identify potential markets and aid in service penetration.
 

Salary is negotiable.
