Recruitment and Selection of IHRM Executive Director
 

Established under the Human Resource Management Professionals Act, No. 52 of 2012, the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is the regulatory body of the HR profession in Kenya. 

Its mandate is to promote the application of best HR management policies and practices at the workplace through the promotion and development of professional standards of conduct and competence for HR Practitioners.

 

In preparation for the succession of the current Executive Director who will retire at the end of 2016, IHRM invites proposals from executive recruitment firms to provide the following consulting services: Recruitment and Selection of Executive Director.

Interested eligible Consultants may download a complete set of Request for Proposal document from: http://www.ihrm.or.ke. 

The Consultants shall send the request to edselect@ihrm.or.ke with indication of the company’s name, address and country as well as the contact details (name, position, cell phone, e-mail) of the person in charge.

Firms that download the RFP document from the website shall notify IHRM promptly at edselect@ihrm.or.ke about their intention to submit their proposals.

All amendments and clarifications on the consultancy shall be posted on the IHRM website.

All proposals must be delivered electronically to edselect@ihrm.or.ke by 1100 hours on Thursday, 14thJuly 2016.
