TrustGro is a non-deposit taking microfinance company incorporated in Kenya. We provide government payroll loans, private company payroll loans, vehicle logbook loans and salary advance loans.

LOCATION: Nairobi (CBD & Westlands)

Purpose of Role

To create memorable customer experiences through assisting customers to access suitable products and/or services as well as carrying out due diligence and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction within their functional unit.

Major areas of responsibility:

• Loan origination


• Relationship management

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing the economic landscape and using the information gained there to contribute to the product and sales strategy.


• Analyzing the competitive landscape and using the information gained there to contribute to the product and sales strategy.


• Understanding customer needs and anticipating future needs to contribute to the development of new and relevant products.


• Enhancing the penetration of the Company’s products in our selected market segments.


• Contributing to the development of new market segments for existing and/or new products.


• Implementing the Company’s Product and Sales strategy.


• Recruiting and retaining Team Leaders.


• Recruiting and retaining Sales Agents.


• Ensuring that sales targets are met (by product, customer segment and channel).


• Ensuring that the company has sustainable ways to retain customers.


• Keeping a record of sales activities for the Branch and all satellites that fall under his/her purview.


• Where a payment is missed, contacting clients to ensure that such payments are made, and to ensure that the client does not go further into delinquency.


• Ensuring that the loans disbursed are collected.


• Delinquent loan management through correspondence with Collections.


• Ensure that Customers receive accurate and comprehensive information on products before they fill in application forms.


• Ensure that there is regular communication with existing customers.

Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.


• Computer literate. i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data analytics etc.

Other Requirements

• 1 year experience in Sales and marketing


• Excellent communication skills


• Negotiation skills


• Teamwork and collaboration skills


• Customer service skills
