“Should I quit a job I just started?”
By saying ‘a job you just started,’ I mean a job you have not stayed in for more than six months. More often than not, many employees find themselves in such a predicament.
The answer is yes, you can quit the new job. You however have to give up the job for the right reasons.
So, what reasons are valid enough for you to quit?
The first reason that warrants you to quit the new job is if the employer is not providing you with resources.
It will be difficult for you to carry out your tasks if you are not being given the required tools.
Secondly, you are can quit that job if you have gotten a better offer. If there is another employer giving you a better deal, there is no harm in taking it.
Another good reason to quit is if there is a job mismatch. Here is why
