Our client in the events
management space seeks to hire an Accounts Assistant to keep their financial
operations on track.

Responsibilities

1. The Accounts assistant will manage the accounts payable and receivable for
various events.

2. Assist in processing
invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate financial documentation.

3. They will help reconcile
event budgets, work closely with vendors and clients, and contribute to
financial reports.

4. They will also perform
office administrative duties.

Required Specifications

1. A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. At least CPA

2. Proficiency in accounting
software and Microsoft Excel.

3. Meticulous attention to
detail.
