Job Specifications
The duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: – –


  • Identifying psychological, emotional or behavioural issues;

  • Diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioural disorders;

  • Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes;

  • Help clients define goals and plan action to achieve personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment;

  • Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions;

  • Conduct research in clinical psychology.

Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –


  • Bachelors’ degree in any of the following field: Clinical Psychology, Medical Psychology or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution;

  • Professional qualification and membership; and

  • Proficiency in computer application.
