EPN is a network of church health institutions, drug supply organisations and individual members. In 2021 the Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network (EPN) developed an online training platform (LMS) which combines training and social connection among members. The target for the training platform are health care workers of EPN member organisations.

In this project, EPN will provide online training to EPN members’ health care workers and through the well-designed professional connection section of the portal, all the learners will subscribe to thematic groups according to their interest and participate in online discussions within these groups. At the end, each learner will have built professional improved health service delivery for better treatment outcomes.
Project Objectives and Scope of Work
- Develop of 12 courses and/or customize training curriculum and training materials according to identified gaps (At least 5 Modules per course (around 6h content)
- Slide development including artwork, videos, pictograms etc. for last mile health care workers
- Video Lessons with voice (using British voice, male & female) Slide deck with Voice Over
- Tests and Quizzes, Case Studies
- Online class discussions
- Perform full User Testing
- Development of Course Assessment Tools
