In order to cater for the growth in operations, in the recent past, the Hospital requires to fill the following position:
Hospital IT Manager
Qualifications: Diploma in Network Administration, Diploma in Computer Systems support.
Experience: At least 4 years working experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a Hospital set up,
Required Skills:
Must have strong analytical and communication skills, excellent leadership qualities and good communication skills.Ability to make decisions and delegate responsibilities.Ability to establish and work towards set goals and deadlines.Ability to anticipate problems and put measures in place to prevent them.Ability to develop policies (in keeping with local and international law and policies) so as to maintain consistent standards of IT support and systems development.Deal with all general IT issues concerning the Hospital. Ensuring that the network is up and running.Address all issues concerning IT as and when they arise.Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures relating to IT.Ensure that there is efficiency and effectiveness in the IT department.Ensuring that there is periodic audit of the system.Ensure that the integrity of the data is maintained.Ensure that there is regular back up of data both of and on site.Please send your applications and C.V not later than 31st March 2011:
