Marketing Manager

Job Description:-
1. Use Online marketing as the key medium for brand building and student acquisition – Search Engine Marketing, Online Advertisement, Online PR, Social Media Marketing, etc, to meet set objectives while adhering to budget constraints.

2. Research industry trends, marketing opportunities and conduct competitive analysis. Compile and analyze data to forecast trends, provide input and make recommendations for business optimization and planning.

3. Innovation and renovation on the website basis consumer marketing/ feedback looped in, in keeping with current trends

4. Use Social Media and other new media solutions to increase NU’s brand presence on the internet and create positive w.o.m

5. Ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and regulations of NIIT University

6. Formulate and execute marketing campaigns for University Programs in conjunction with admission team to meet set objectives while adhering to budget constraints. This needs to be done in close coordination with creative agency.

7. Use on Online Marketing as one of the key media for brand building and student acquisition – Search Engine Marketing, Online Advertisement, Online PR, Social Media Marketing, etc.

8. Liaison with media agency to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality and volume goals are achieved.

9. Initiate & manage CRM activities for all programs successfully so as to use this as a platform to cross sell / up sell our offerings.
10. Serve as a member of the Admissions Team to assist in achieving enrollment goals for the university.

11. Implement recruitment strategies as outlined in the admissions plan in the target territories, attends educational and college fairs, meetings, and events.

12. Initiate, plan, and execute special projects in conjunction with the goals and objectives of the admissions office.

13. Work with students, parents (and alumni organizations at a later stage) that assist with the recruitment of students.

14. Provide admission presentations to visitors during campus tours and at on campus and off-campus events.

• Managing / Running online campaign – must
• Managing a website
• Understanding consumer behavior and constantly translating it into learning and improvement in the online space
• Understanding trends in the online space and social media networks
• Ability to take initiative with a technical yet creative bent of mind
• Willingness to take complete ownership of the tasks at hand
