Monitoring & Evaluation Advisor

We are strengthening our growing Assurance business and we are looking to recruit an experienced M&E Advisor to join our team. If you are excited and want to grow with us during this period of growth and stretching ourselves into uncharted territory then this role should interest you.

As the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) advisor you will be responsible for providing professional M&E advisory services to a wide range of clients including government, international donors and NGOs. You will work often as a member of multi-disciplinary teams and support our clients in a wide range of tasks ranging from design of M&E systems, technical support during implementation of M&E systems as well as post implementation support and impact assessment. Training and capacity building of PwC and client teams on M&E areas will be additional facets of the role that provide you with a lot of scope to make your skills and expertise count.

You will need a Bachelors degree in social sciences, development economics or a related area with at least 3 years experience preferably in monitoring and evaluation in rural/community development or development programming.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills as well as an ability to coach and train others will be critical to your success. This is a challenging yet exciting role and will require you to work with diverse technical experts, teams and be willing to travel to remote areas locally and internationally.
