Mombasa Inland Container Terminal a newly established Container Freight Station located in Mombasa is looking to enhance its position in the industry through the recruitment of a General Manager
Young, energetic individual with broad industry experience as well as self drive, determination and results oriented

The ideal candidate should also be able to work under minimal supervision and posses the ability to meet and exceed set targets.

Oversee the successful operational commencement of the CFS and commissioning of equipments and IT and develop a close business relationship with the local government, business and local community so as to achieve business goals by ensuring positive return on investment.
* Achieving safety, positive return on investment, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and develop relationship with the wider business community and all other stake holders.
* Introduction of efficient and cost-effective management structure
* Preparing monthly operations, commercial and finance reports for the Board of Directors
* Negotiate contracts with the shipping lines, freight forwarders, contractors and Importers
* Introduction of financial budget and development of a business plan
* Provide vision and empowerment to others through leadership skills
* Degree in management
* High level of maturity and integrity.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
* Previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
