Real Estate Sales & Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Managing Director; the roles include;

Responsible for Sales of the Company’s propertiesFollow up leads generated , conduct effective meetings and close dealsFind new clients to meet sales targetMarketing the real estate’s – creating marketing strategies within set targets and budgetsPrepare and execute sales presentations and monthly sales reports.General office administration including maintaining customer accounts and collections.University graduate (business studies) or equivalentMinimum 3 years experience, preferably marketing real estatesGood communication skills and IT literacyHigh integrity, results and growth oriented with ability to deliver with minimum supervision.Accounting skills & clean driving license would be an added advantageSend us your C.V. highlighting experience, details of current and expected salary to admin@gadsworks.co.ke by Tuesday 16th August 2011.
