Senior Financial Accountant Job Vacancy in Kenya

We require a Senior Financial Accountant to head our finance Department.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have broad responsibilities across financial and management reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Management of financial monthly reportingAnalysis of reports to advise on cash flow, budgets and forecastsProvision of high-level financial, taxation and business development adviceMaking recommendations on process improvements and presenting those recommendations to the directorsDelivering the annual budget and quarterly budget forecastProviding commentary on the financial figures of the businessManagement and development of a team of accountantsThe ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a Bachelor of Commerce graduate and CPA-K qualified, with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role in financial accounting.

You will have strong technical accounting skills and be able to manage financial reporting requirements in a complex corporate structure.

You will also have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to present financial information to a wide audience.
