We are looking for a communications Software Engineer who will work with our fast growing team to coordinate the selection, installation and maintenance of VoIP infrastructure and equipment for EDF (K) Ltd
Job Functions:
Bachelor Degree in computer Science or Electrical Engineering or computer engineering in IT or any other related fieldMinimum 4 years working experience in LINUX Administration and scriptingExperience in Cisco VOIP and Open Source PBX such as Asterisk, Freeswitch and OpenSIPSExperience in systems architecture and integrating with production and systemsCisco Voice implementations in corporate environment and PBX systems.Cisco Voice Certification, Cisco Network Certification, and/or MCSE highly preferredExperience in Nagios network monitoring application highly desiredExperience in Zimbra Collaborative Suite preferredLAN/WAN IP networking DW/DM and Optical Transport NetworksGood Communication skills Excellent analytical, planning and reporting skillsMust be hands on and proactiveVoIP knowledge is an added advantageMinimum age of 28 and Maximum Age of 38 years at the time of recruitment.Enterprise Data Freedom Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.In order to be considered for this position, all interested candidates must register and upload their CV’S quoting reference number EDF00100 on our website at http://www.edf.co.ke/.
