1. Office Manager

You will be required to take responsibility for the smooth running of our small, dynamic branch office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed.

You will have plenty of room to be creative and management is always open to new ideas.

Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including:

day-to-day running of the officeprovision of administrative support to the Directorstaff managementaccounts managementproduction of reports some marketing dutiesother adhoc duties as requested.You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to improve the smooth running of the office.

This is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions.

This position will suit you if you have good interpersonal and presentation skills, and office management experience.

You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.

At least college diploma certificationextensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skillsexcellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsa positive disposition.2. Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented, dynamic and skilled Graphic Designer with an open and creative mind. You will be required to create and design concepts for clients in different environment.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in graphics design from a recognized institution and should be ready to work & deliver under agreed timelines.

Shortlisted candidates should prove their skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and google sketch up or any other preferred design tool.

3. Account Manager – Advertising Sales

We are seeking a driven, career-minded hunter with strong phone and face-to-face and online advertising sales skills to interact with mid to senior level managers/executives to exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

At least college diploma certification. 1 year advertising sales experience.Excellent prospecting, problem solving and closing skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. The capacity to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Ability to collaborate in an intimate team setting. Demonstrated consultative selling skills, solid phone demeanor and ability to travel to conduct professional in-person presentations are required. •Space Advertising industry experience a plus.We offer a generous base salary plus commissions.
