Position: ICT Sales Executive
Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy through selling Business and Accounting software solutions to new clients and servicing existing ones.
Duties and responsibilities
Selling Business and Accounting software solutionsMaintaining and updating a database of existing and potential clientsDeveloping sales proposalsIdentifying sales opportunities and setting up initial sales meetingsMeeting clients and making presentations on software productsFollowing through and closing salesDetermining clients’ business requirements and advising them on appropriate software solutions Answering any technical questions about the products Writing sales reportsExcellent selling and presentation skills Ability to meet sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent technical knowledge and a keen interest in ICT and business issuesAbility to interpret technical language for non-technical peopleProposal and report-writing skillsNegotiating skills Time management and organizational skillsCapacity to work well on your own or in a team Results- oriented and self-motivatedQualification Requirements and Work Experience
Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or MSK Diploma. A Bachelors degree in Marketing will be an added advantageDiploma in Information TechnologyThree (3) years proven experience in selling Business software productsHow to Apply
