Also responsible for developing marketing plans and executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. Additionally, the must take lead in managing vendor partners and communication agencies, and all aspects of their projects. Develops annual marketing plan which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.To manage the Marketing Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.The achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage where necessarySpecifying market requirements for current and future services/products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.Analyzing current and potential partner relationships.Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and resultsManage the productivity of the marketing plans and projectsLead the planning and implementation of projectFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full scale project plansManage project resource allocationPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsConstantly monitor and report on progress of the projectPresent reports defining project progress, problems and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
