Senior Sales Trainer

The Senior Sales Trainer position is part of our Expert Training team and plays a critical role in ensuring that our clients' sales teams are reaching/surpassing their targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct training programs for various sales groups on Sales Training Kenya solutions, sales skills, sales management skills and other sales related content as neededWork as a team member with instructional designers and sales leadership to develop training for sales teamsContribute to training strategies and development of tactics and toolsConduct needs assessments, analyze and identify methodologies to improve existing training materials as necessaryAssist and support in the development of curriculum, assessments and training programs that support our sales training coursesDevelop resources including lesson plans, learner guides/resources, instructor guides, quizzes, online resources, blogs and other communicationsActively participate in sales-specific social sites as a contributor and facilitatorUp to 75% travel required.Required Skills and Experience:
3 plus years of related experience in delivery of sales trainingStrong background in the delivery of stand-up training and facilitationExperience with learning theories, and effective instructional and delivery strategiesIdentify, and communicate course objectivesApply appropriate instructional strategiesCreate assessment and testing toolsAnd evaluate learning activities for effectivenessStrong business knowledge/acumenSelf-starter with ability to work with minimal supervisionAn understanding of the HR/HCM industry a plusCertification in delivery of branded sales and/or leadership programs a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, energetic environmentA strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to represent us in a professional and positive mannerExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsAbility to work within employee teamsProject management experience a plusExperience in a quota-carrying job a plusBachelor’s degree requiredApplication Deadline
