Job Description
A leading provider of power generation equipment is looking for an Engineering Manager. He/she will be based in Kenya and will be responsible for the set-up and demobilisation phases of all projects in the Southeast African region. Working together with the Project Management, Fleet Management and Operations team, the successful candidate will ensure that project equipment is fit for purpose. He/she will also develop and implement engineering standards and policies within the Southeast African business and furthermore advise the Commercial Team and Area sales personnel on the technical component of bids. Being able to lead an international team and manage multiple project work streams, is therefore essential. Next to a minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Electrical Power Engineering, the candidate has to be fully conversant with power generation equipment and associated support infrastructure.
