C Hear (K) Ltd is a fast-growing and successful internet company which specialises in B2B Services and is looking for an enthusiastic Internet Engineer to join our dynamic technical team and assist in providing help desk support and internet installation services to our clients. The role:
- To provide first & second line technical support
- To install and configure wimax and fibre internet solutions
- To account and manage existing relationships with clients
Skills and experience:
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Operating System & Application Software
• Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills
• Strong problem solving skills and decision making ability
• Effective listening skills
• Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
• Ability to follow policies and procedures; attention to detail
• Flexibility to accommodate Help Desk's hours of operation, open seven days-a-week, including holidays
• Strong enthusiasm and desire to learn
• Work well in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivation and organization
• Minimum two year experience in a Call Center/Helpdesk position
Candidate must possess the following:
1. Must have the following qualifications - MCSE or MCP
3. Have good understanding of data networking.
4. Good understanding of content switching and support will be an added advantage.
5. Thorough understanding of VLan, Wimax, and MPLS technologies.
