Webmaster Job Vacancy in Kenya

We are looking for an enthusiastic Webmaster whose main job will be to monitor, improve and update the performance of existing Web sites. Sometimes the webmaster will assume the role of a web designer or play a part in the design of websites.

Once a Web site is created, it will be your job to maintain the website so that it remains a valuable resource for the client and the client's customers.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for the design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.Trouble shoot and debug issues that arise with the performance of both company websites and client websites.Constantly update content on both company websites and client websites.Monitor web server and site technical performance.Implementing search engine optimisation strategies.Promoting client websites online to increase prominence within their web community where possible.Review statistics and monitor analytics for both company websites and client websites.Skills and Specifications
---------------------------Proven Website Management experience.You will have strong web design skills which will include the ability to edit HTML, PHP and JavaScript skills.Experience of running and evaluating online marketing campaigns, which will include the management of Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns (Added Advantage).A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Good knowledge of the internet, Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques..Unquestionable mastery of Dreamweaver, Photoshop/Fireworks.Knowledge of best practices in web design, information design and usability.Profound knowledge of WordPressEducation and Qualifications
