Assist the clinic team in the daily provision of medical care including medicationCoordinate community follow-up of patients initiated on Antiretroviral drugs through community partners, volunteersEncourage adherence and provide counseling to patients and caregiversActively participate in reach-out campaigns and education on prevention and living with HIV/AIDSQualification, Skills and Experience:
Diploma in Nursing, VCT Training and Basic HIV/AIDs Counseling SkillsAt least two (2) years exposure to HIV/AIDS care will be an added advantageMust have genuine interest in community workThe successful candidate will:
Provide pre and post HIV/AIDs test counselingProvide counseling services for patients admitted in the hospital with HIV and AIDs related illnesses in liaison with the Nursing In-charge and Section Heads.Consolidate program reports on counseling & testing activities from various hospital departmentsArrange CMEs to provide information /education to peersParticipate in community outreach programmesQualifications, Skills and Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Counseling with additional training in HTC/PITC.Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar positionGood listener and highly confidentialMature, compassionate and emotionally stable individual.Should have good communication & PR Skills.Should have the ability to plan, manage and work under pressure without supervision.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing community based social servicesCommunity mobilization, capacity building and supervision of volunteersART adherence and psycho-social and socioeconomic counselingQualifications, Skills & Experience:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Social WorkBasic training in HIV/AIDs Counseling, VCT trainingAt least 2 years working experience in similar positionShould have the ability to plan, manage and work under pressure without supervision.Project & Maintenance DepartmentAs the hospital continues to upgrade its facilities to accommodate growth and improve services, we areseeking a dynamic self-driven individual to: 
Monitor and control all project work to ensure works undertaken are quality, timely, meet specifications and within budgetDevelop contractor work schedule and conduct continuous inspection to verify quality of materials and workmanship throughout the projectEnsure contractors take into consideration environmental, health and safety measure through the projectEnsure contractors conform to laid down quality systems and legal requirementsQualifications, Skills & Experience:
