Sales Representative Job in Kiambu Kenya - Milk Products Processing Cooperative Company (KShs 30K - 35K)

Our client, a leading milk products processing cooperative company is looking to fill the position of a Sales Representative to be responsible in the marketing and selling of its processed milk and value addition products.
Salary: Ksh. 30,000 – 35,000 grossTo present, sell and market the Cooperative’s products to both the current regular customers and potential new customers and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
 Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.Focus the sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual territory analysis.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Attending to all the marketing activities such as advertising, placements, product branding and rebranding, organizing and attending to trade fairs and promotions.Ensuring timely collection of all debts from customers.Meeting sales targets and deal with complaints from customersDiscover and handle concerns from customers;Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well.Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Diploma in sales and Marketing3Years Experience in SalesGood Interpersonal skills i.e. Influencing, communication and negotiation skills,Problem solving and Analytical skillsGood customer relations and ability to work independently as well as a teamCommitment to personal integrity and professionalismHow to apply: If you are interested in the position and have the skills and talents our client is looking for, we would like to hear from you. Please forward a copy of your updated resume, and your current salary and benefits package to info@dorbe-leit.co.ke before close of business 16th October 2012. Only successful candidates will be contacted.Related Posts Widget for Blogger
