Our client is a highly regarded management training and consultancy firm delivering internationally affiliated training programmes in Kenya , and is now expanding its training region to include The East and Central African Countries.They are looking for a Business Development Executive – to develop a new client base In the region.The suitable candidate should have
Good communication, management, marketing and business skills.
Excellent command of English language, self starter with an outgoing personality , confidence , drive , energy and a high level of motivation.
The suitable candidate should have an undergraduate degree in relevant field ( Sales and Marketing Degree most preferred)
Should have at least two years experience in business development or client relationship position with a significant client and customer contact.
Candidates who have been working with Financial institutions, insurance or in the service industries where they have had to generate new client business are most proffered.
Roles and Responsibilities
To use innovative and creative channels to identify potential client organizations in the region and obtain contact information for client base.
Initiate contact with potential client organization and effectively articulate the firms training programmes and how it would benefit in their organization.
Develop and maintain effective communication channels with key decision makers in client organizations.
Manage registration and coordinate training delivery.
