1. Conduct research with input from marketing and management
2. Create prototype products with direction from marketing/management/self
3. Complete costing for commercial viability of new products
4. Propose and implement cost reduction methods
5. Improve process and technical knowledge of footwear team

1. Should have had at least 5 years experience in footwear manufacturing and design for leading footwear companies
2. Minimum Bachelors Degree in relevant subject
3. In-depth knowledge on the following areas:
PVC injection moldings and formulation
EVA foamed slippers process and formulation
Direct injection for canvas shoes process and formulation
Designing and manufacturing of uppers for canvas and synthetic leather
PU shoes process and formulation
4. Should know the process of new product development from idea to design to commercialization
5. Should be able to speak fluent English
