The Coordinator, Finance will be responsible for the accounting function including production of end of year financial statements and coordination of the auditing process as well as assisting in the budgeting process. In addition s/he will be responsible for assisting in developing financial plans for funding proposals and also for ensuring organizational compliance with finance related legal requirements and ensuring timely supplier payments.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and CPA or ACCA professional qualification with a minimum of five years’ experience in finance. Working experience in a not for profit institution and knowledge of Iscala accounting system will be an added advantage.
