QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

? Minimum requirement, a degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
? At least 5 years experience in the field with generators, construction and lifting equipment at senior management level.
? Experience in sales, management and administration.
? Market knowledge.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Demonstrated ability to build cohesive teams and achieve set targets through team work.
