Our client in the motor assembly industry is looking for a Human Resource Manager whose main responsibility will be putting in place sound human resource activities aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the work performance results and the development of human resource in the company.
Education and Experience
A Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration: Masters in Business Administration or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.Must be a full member of IHRM or KIMAt least 5 years in Human Resources: 2 in a senior position.Have well-developed communication (written/verbal), interpersonal and facilitation skills including the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels in a variety of situations.Specific Job Knowledge and Abilities: Thorough Knowledge of the Kenya labour lawsTact and diplomacy: Ability to lead and instil sense of general disciplineStrong level of influence and negotiation skillsHave the ability and initiative to work in a dynamic, high profile environment.He/she must have the ability to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets etc.Age 30-35 yearsIf you are up to the challenge, posses the necessary qualification and experience, please send your CV only indicating why you are the most suitable candidate for the role clearly quoting the job title (Human Resources Manager (Gross Salary 80-100K) on the email subject to vacancies@corporatestaffing.co.ke.Please indicate current or last salary.
