Job description:
Provide an efficient support service (e.g.) issue or raise invoices, requisition and sourcing of items.Petty cash managementProcurement: stationery, Office equipment, miscellaneous.Ensure that the company is at par with compliance in government regulations/ requirements.Ensure VAT compliance and returns and monitor taxation issuesRenew licenses and insurance for vehicles and also co-ordinate vehicle repairs.Banking transactionsSupport senior management by providing advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation.Personal assistant to the C.E.OMaintain the company’s non-employee recordsManage quality and cost controlProvide document and telecommunication managementGather, adapt, store and distribute information within the companyAny other duties as may be prescribed by the senior management.Carry out human resources dutiesIf you are interested in this dynamic and challenging opportunity, please respond with your CV and COVER LETTER to jobs@octopusict.com on or before 13th March 2013.NB: Kindly do not send us academic certificates at this stage.
