An upcoming F.M.C.G Company in Eldoret is looking for a Key Accounts Sales Representative to be based in Nairobi.
Job Description
- Ensure listing in all key outlets.
- Ensure the achievement of sell-out target monthly/quarterly.
- Establish sales targets and make sales plans for every customer in Key Accounts in accordance with company sales and distribution strategy.
- Assist in planning process of Key Accounts Sales and merchandising by brand/ by customer
- Analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the company.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the contract with Key Account Customers.
- Manage customer credit and payments.
- Establish and maintain favourable relationships with Key Accounts.
Minimum Specification
- At least relevant position in an F.M.C.G Company.
- University degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong in strategic thinking, leadership, communication, problem solving and decision making.
- Initiative and follow-up through customer business analysis.
- Strong in customer business management, program execution management and direct sales
- Merchandising and pricing and packaging strategy.
- Good business acumen.
- A dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skill.
- A hands-on approach.
