Job Description
A Lubricants company seeks to recruit an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the company and coordinate the departments.
Requirements
He / she should have a Degree in a business related course.
He / she should have excellent communication skills, presentable and very organized.
He/ she should be aggressive with good presentation skills.
He / she should be creative and very analytical.
He / she should have people skills and be able to manage and motivate the team well.
He /she should able to manage time well and work under pressure.
He / she should be a person of high integrity and able to multi-task.
He / she should be between 32 – 40 years.
He / she should have worked in a similar position for 4 years and above.
He / she should be flexible and able to manage duties assigned diligently.
Able to grow sales volumes and motivate sales team.
Salary will be KES 30,000.
NB: An additional diploma will have a competitive advantage.
