Transport Company Human Resource Officer Job in Mombasa Kenya (60K - 80K)

We are looking for Human Resource Officer for a Transport company. 

This position is based in Mombasa and the interviews are already in progress.

Salary is 60K – 80K net
 

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain staff attendance records for all employees.


• Prepare employment contract letters and formulate job descriptions.


• Preparation of terminal dues for employees leaving the company.


• Annual leave management for all employees.


• Monthly updating of employees muster roll.


• Administration of good industrial relations within the employees.


• Administration of employee’s welfare. E.g. medical, leave.


• Ensuring statutory deductions are done effective NHIF and NSSF


• Undertake disciplinary measures to employees.


• Writing of minutes of any meetings.


• Administration of permanent staff and contract employees’ monthly payroll.

Desired Education Background, Experience, Competencies and Skills

• Experience in a Transport Company / Freight / Long distance trucks is a MUST.


• A relevant University education or College Diploma in Human Resource Management.


• At least Five years working experience in a similar role in a transport company.
