Job Title: Brand Marketing Supervisor
Location: Uganda
Company Profile: Our client is the leading cosmetics manufacturer in Africa.
Statement of Responsibility: The main responsibility for this role is to coordinate all the brand marketing activities in the different units.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams to a successful execution of brand marketing programs such as trade fairs, end-user demonstrations and promotions
- Participate in the development of the local and export marketing campaigns
- Assist in the management of the brand advertising budget media proposal assessments, contract renewals and reviewing monitoring agency reports
- Analyze market research information and competition trends
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven marketing leadership and ability to influence cross functional teams
- Professionalism, customer care and relationship
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing
- Professional qualification like CIM is an added advantage
- 2-3 years experience in a similar position for a FMCG company
- Experience in working with market research, FMCG company and R&D for at least 1-2 years
