Contract Period: 3 Months

Telesales Marketer Job Purpose In Kenya

To make telephone sales on loans and other Sacco Products and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for
Sacco loans.
• Market and promote Sacco Loans and other products that meet client needs.
• Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to create
customer satisfaction.
• Use social media platform and other mediums to promote Kimisitu Sacco products and services.
• Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and collateral evaluations to determine feasibility of
granting loans and offer financial advice to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Qualifications & Experience Of Telesales Marketer In Kenya

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in a sales environment.
• Minimum Qualification, Diploma in Marketing or communication.
Skills
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent Public Relations skills.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Sound ICT skills (MS Office, email and outlook).
• Sound knowledge of use of social media platform.
