Expression of Interest for Website Development
The County Assembly of Tana River seeks Expression of interest from software development companies / firms / organisations for the development of a comprehensive dynamic website.
The EOI should include;
Business Validation Documents including
- Valid Company Registration Certificate
- VAT/KRA Registration Certificate
- Tax Compliance Certificate among others.
A capability statement showing the organisational overview & technical qualifications of staff to implement the project should be provided.
A professional portfolio with similar works done in the past (5) years should be provided by the applicants that include:
- Overall software / web development experience
- Content management experience
- Comprehensive website support / maintenance experience
A list of contracts & references of clients on similar assignments should be included.

A non refundable fee of Kshs 1,000 shall be charged for the tender document.
