Integrated Marketing Specialist Job in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Duma Works is recruiting a Marketing Specialist with experience in event and experiential marketing for one of our clients; a leading regional experiential marketing company.

• You will be the creative driver developing and deploying one-of-a-kind experiential marketing events that achieve our clients’ goals. From the creation of the goals and objectives, to the brainstorm of ideas, to the development of the plan and overseeing the results, you will orchestrate innovative and flawless events and field marketing initiatives.


• You will provide overall management to the team, the budget, and client expectations. We provide client and vendor relationships, systems and processes, and a team focused on delivering the details.


• This isn’t a position for the faint hearted but for those willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to execute at the highest level. Deliver for the clients, and we’ll provide uncapped earning potential for you.


• You will handle experiential marketing strategy and events for our clients from concept to the build-out phase to event execution (operations) and final reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in Promotions & roadshows, merchandising, as a project Manager and Marketing.


• Should at least have a diploma.


• Adaptable, dynamic, and Experiential Marketing Specialist with experience either in sales, operations or both.


• Excellent social media skills.
