Purpose: Assistant franchise manager offers support to franchisees, which ensures the overall success of the organization. 

She/he will also ensure successful set up of Extreme Clean Car washes in the Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Franchisees submit the correct required Compliance data each month and on time


• Advice and support Franchisees with all areas of their business including: Store standards, finances and payments, cost control, expansion and selling of their Franchise


• Provide support on any operational issues or difficulties Franchises may have i.e. failed deliveries, IT etc


• Assess new growth opportunities for the franchise. Develop, test and execute incentives that encourage strategic franchise growth that is aligned with the company’s overall brand strategy and vision


• Ensure day to day running of franchises


• Ensure successful set up of extreme clean


• Ensure training is conducted to Extreme Clean Franchisee staff


• Plan, organize and execute successful launches for new franchises


• Prepare weekly reports of pending issues, successes, queries and concerns within the franchises

Technical Skills and Behavioural Attributes

• Excellent communicator


• Multi-tasker and highly organised, able to meet deadlines and manage own time effectively


• Able to build good cross department relations


• Experience in a retail sales driven environment, and preferably with Franchise models


• Ability to discuss sensitive issues with Franchisees


• Experience of leading a team through change programs


• High level Excel skills and experience at reporting and business analysis


• Experience of the control of profit and loss accounts


• Experience of creating and developing strategies/ business plans


• Proven ability to constructively address negative performance of a store or Franchisee, and to drive sales


• Professionally presented
