Our client, an IT Software Solution and Service Provider to the insurance and financial sector based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Human Resource Manager to build the HR department proactively helping find and hire industry stars.
The ideal candidate MUST be dynamic and creative to help drive HR and talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities;
- Overseeing the implementation of the human resource program.
- Coordinate all human resource training programs.
- Provide talent acquisition / recruiting services.
- Lead company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal government reporting requirements.
- Formulates and recommends human resources policies and objectives.
- Designs, directs, and manages a company-wide process of organizational development.
Qualifications;
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Must be knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and talent acquisition programs.
- Must have outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Must demonstrate ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
- Must demonstrate experience in effectively implementing change management strategies.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 200,000 – 300,000/= (Approx. 2,000 – 3,000 USD) depending on experience
